We will work with you on a consulting basis that can be based on a percentage of the project or on an hourly rate.  Because of our access to such a wide range of products and finishes as well as the shipping methods to get them to you cost effectively, our fee is almost always paid for by the money we save you.

For example, if you go out to source a custom kitchen (just cabinets) on your own, your are looking at paying $25,000 - $35,000.  We can bring it to you for $14,000 - $20,000 -- our fee included.  Famous brand European refrigerators cost upwards of $7000.  We can get you a fridge with the same dimensions and sleek look for less than $2000!  You can buy the same bath tub for $12,000 or $800 -- really.
