We, at South Beach Living, look at all ends of real estate from its Design and Development to the rental and sales aspects and back again with remodeling.  We have remodeled more than 30 kitchens and 36 bathrooms.  We have worked with buildings built in the 1920s and in 2009.  We have created city apartments of 500 square feet and beach houses of over 7000 square feet.  We work with high end vacation rentals and regular long term rentals.
